1. The service

TV Optimizer Studio ("the Service") generates trading-strategy source code with AI (Pine Script, MQL5, NinjaScript, Python) and provides tools to test and optimize it, including the TV Optimizer PRO browser extension. The Service is a code-generation and analysis tool. It is not a broker, fund manager, investment adviser or financial-advice service.

2. No financial advice · risk warning

Nothing produced by the Service is financial advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. Backtested or optimized results are hypothetical, do not guarantee future performance, and commonly overestimate real-world results. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for any trading decision and for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction.

3. Accounts

You sign in with a Google account and must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service (including automated scraping, resale of generated output at scale, or attempts to bypass usage limits).

4. Plans, billing and refunds

Free trials include a limited token allowance for 7 days. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, which processes payments and applicable taxes. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refund requests are handled case by case within 14 days of purchase — contact support.

5. Your code

You own the strategy code generated for you. You may use, modify, sell or distribute it freely. We claim no copyright over generated output. AI-generated code may contain errors — review and test it before using it with real funds.

6. Fair use of AI capacity

Token allowances (trial and monthly) are enforced per account. Automated bulk generation, account sharing or multiple trial accounts per person are not allowed.

7. Third-party platforms

TradingView, MetaTrader, NinjaTrader and Python are trademarks of their respective owners. The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect damages.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
